I must
warn you

Before you start imagining the perfect wedding photos, know this: stepping in means being willing to take risks. To dare together. To trust each other and create as we go. This is about the process, and at the heart of that process is trust. That’s how art is made.

Let’s make a creative pact with poetic license. Let’s forget what wedding photography is supposed to look like. Let’s experiment, get lost on the trail, and discover a truer version of ourselves along the way.

This is me. I’m still in process, and so are you.

    Good memories are built without fixed steps. This is a manual to get rid of the expected and appreciate the process.

    To build a visual heritage you have to be willing to own it, to appreciate the now, to love mistakes and expect the extraordinary.

    This is an alternative memory construction, which slightly skips conventions and lands on experimentation.

In order to get images that say something significant, you have to learn to feel the moments, to vibrate with them. This is the first sample of how the moments captured with the heart and eye connected look like.

On the one hand those who define the story with our own journey and, on the other hand, those who venture to tell the experience through art.

Fer was so excited for us and his passion for his work and energy during our wedding was infectious – all of my guests keep asking me when they will be able to see all of his pictures. Making sure that we have amazing pictures from the best day of our lives was by far the best decision we made and worth every penny spent! I can’t say enough about Fer and highly recommend him for brides looking for photojournalistic pictures. s soon as I saw Fer’s website and blog, I knew he was the photographer for us. I can’t even put into words how amazing Fer is and how unbelievably blown away by him we are. He went WAY above and beyond what we hired him for, and his pictures are like nothing I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t be happier with our choice. He is such an incredibly friendly and upbeat guy as well – he got along great with all of our wedding guests, and everyone was as blown away with him as we were. I just got back from my wedding in Mexico and it was everything I dreamed of. The day was perfect and thanks to amazing friends and family who joined us made it more than we could have imagined. I had the honor of having the Incredible Fer Juaristi to shoot my wedding. This was the best decision my husband and I made for our wedding was having him as our photographer. Not only is he so passionate about what he does but his contagious energy and spirit makes him such a pleasure to be around. We felt that we have known Fer for years. Our friends and family are still talking about him and how amazing he was. My husband thought maybe he had a twin with the angles he took. His pictures captured the whole moment from beginning to end. Looking at his pictures you can feel the emotion and happiness on that day; even if you weren`t at the wedding by looking at the pictures it makes you feel like you were part of it. I wish we had a reason to have him come to Canada, maybe he can shoot our 1st baby pictures.

I always said that when I got married, Fer would be taking my pictures (even before I met my husband). He is effortlessly creative and I just adore all of his work. I just couldn’t imagine having anyone else. It had to be Fer. We flew him all the way from Mexico, I cannot express how grateful we are that he came all that way to our sacred place. Our elopement pictures are more than what we can describe in words.  He captured the true representation of who we are and our love for each other.  Using beautiful compositions and capturing every emotion shared he has given us the most wonderful tangible record of our special day.  He wasn’t just our photographer but our friend, he was discreet but always at hand and never had his camera away from his eye.  Such a trooper!  Thank you! We love you Fer!
